Description
150L High Pressure Solar Water Heater Overview
Mains Pressure Performance: Delivers hot water at pressures equal to your household supply (typically 0.6MPa / 6 bar) for an invigorating shower experience .
Compact Capacity: 150L storage ideal for 2-4 person households .
Heat Pipe Technology: Utilizes advanced copper heat pipes for rapid heat transfer and year-round performance, even in cold conditions down to -35°C .
No Water in Tubes: The vacuum tubes contain only heat pipes, so no water flows through the glass—eliminating risk of leakage from broken tubes .
Durable Construction: Built with food-grade inner tank material and robust insulation for long service life .

How It Works
The 150L high pressure system combines evacuated tube efficiency with pressurized delivery:
Solar Collection: Evacuated glass tubes absorb solar radiation through high-efficiency selective coating .
Heat Transfer: A copper heat pipe inside each tube contains a special fluid that vaporizes when heated. The vapor rises to the condenser tip at the top of the tube .
Water Heating: The condenser tip transfers heat to the water in the pressurized tank (indirect heating—water never enters tubes) .
Pressurized Delivery: Because the tank is sealed and pressurized, your mains water pressure pushes hot water directly to your taps—no gravity tank needed .
Key Benefit: The heat pipe acts as a one-way thermal diode—it transfers heat upward into the tank but prevents reverse heat loss at night .
150L High Pressure Solar Water Heater Installation Summary
Mounting: Secure the frame on a roof or stand facing the equator. Ensure the surface can support the full weight (approx. 150kg when full).
Tank Placement: Position the tank level on the frame. All feet must contact the surface evenly.
Tube Installation: Insert the heat pipe tubes gently into the tank ports with a twisting motion. Secure the bottom into the frame holder.
Plumbing: Connect directly to mains cold water supply. Important: A pressure relief valve and temperature relief valve must be installed for safety.
Final Check: System should be filled before sun exposure. Check all connections for leaks.
150L High Pressure Solar Water Heater Applications
Small to medium homes (2-4 persons)
Apartments and townhouses
Holiday cottages requiring strong shower pressure
Guest rooms and small B&Bs
Maintenance
Clean glass tubes periodically to maintain efficiency.
Annually check pressure relief valve operation (discharge water is hot).
Inspect for condensation inside tubes (indicates broken vacuum).
